Yvan Desjardins pioneered the team almost 20 years ago and continues to contribute as a business manager and trusted advisor. Evan DeBrincat joined the team in October 2003 and after completing his OREA courses and receiving his Real Estate License in April 2004 became an integral part of the team. In 2008, after many years of dedicated service to buyers and sellers just like you, Yvan decided to take a step back to enjoy more time with his family and took on the role of Business Manager/Advisor. Evan, having continued his education to become a Broker in 2007, continued with this vision and has built the team to what it is today … a strong, client-oriented team of one Broker, five Sales Representatives, one Business Manager/Advisor and one Office Administrator/Client Care Coordinator. Evan and Yvan, along with Sales Representatives Bill Gardiner, Rita Nersessian, Tish Dodge, Mary Law & Mitch Lajeunesse are here to service your needs with the highest degree of care. Sarah DeBrincat, our Office Administrator/Client Care Coordinator, will also provide you with fantastic service throughout your dealings with our office. Together, we offer a very professional, client oriented team.
